Neuroanatomy Course
The Neuroanatomy course is made possible in cooperation with Prof. Dr. W. Knabe, head of the Department of Anatomy of the Medical Faculty of Münster. It is regularly held as a one-week block course during the non-lecture period in Münster. At least 20 Bachelor students and Master students can take part in M.Sc. Clinical Psychology.
In the block course, structural and functional features of the human brain are explored and knowledge deepened both in lectures, as well as in the sequential sectioning of body scanning preparations. This combination creates a tangible understanding of human neuroanatomy and is enthusiastically accepted by students.
Acceptance into the course is done through a lottery. For students of the bachelor's degree program, a prerequisite for applying is regular attendance of the lecture "Biopsychology", as well as the corresponding examination.
