Participation in Teaching Evaluation

Since the summer semester 2010, the list of teaching staff obliged to evaluate teaching in the current semester is to be published (see link box). In the summer semester 2010, the calculation of participation quotas was also changed (see link box).

In the overview of participation you will also find the quotas for previous semesters. Only the teaching units which were in turn in the respective semester according to the rotation scheme are listed individually. All other teaching units are grouped together as "Other". The data are structured in chronological order by semester and then by school/teaching unit.

Dean of Studies Reports

Here you can find the Dean's reports of those teaching units that were scheduled in the teaching evaluation in the respective semester (see rotation scheme in the link box). Access is protected and only possible via the functional accounts of the Deans, Deans of Studies, the Presidium and the staff of the Teaching Evaluation Service Center.

Dean of Studies reports contain a summary report of all course evaluations in a teaching unit, by questionnaire type. For reasons of anonymity, a report is only generated for a course type if the results can be aggregated by at least three lecturers.

General Reports

The general reports are the summarised reports to the Deans of Studies of the respective cycle (see rotation scheme in the link box). The general reports contain only the results of the lecturers from those teaching units which were in the evaluation's turn. Not included are the results of the lecturers who voluntarily evaluated their teaching as well as the results for which no results report could be prepared due to a lack of participants (i.e. less than six participants).

Follow-up Reports

The follow-up survey reports are the results of the survey of lecturers on their satisfaction with the services offered by the Teaching Evaluation Service Center. All lecturers who have registered at least one course for evaluation in the previous semester or the semester before are surveyed.
